  Staff were very helpful, and willing to serve breakfast at 4.30am for us, the rooms have everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable.

  The first room we were given was incredibly hot, feeling stuffier than the tube, and had a solitary bed bug crawling on the bottom of the bed. We were less than impressed and got the staff to move us to another room. Whilst the second room wasn't perfect it was a marked improvement (although also had a small bathroom and needed a good clean) and the staff were very nice. Overall, I wouldn't choose to stay here again, but it's not too bad as a last resort.

  Absolutely lovely location and a simple bus journey from the O2 Arena. Almost like being in a village. Staff were friendly and rooms ok if a little worn in places. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to escape the bustle but still be in London
